What is a work authorization form and why do I need to sign one?
Prior to commencing the process, you will be requested to endorse a work authorization document. This grants FARWEST ENVIRONMENTAL the authority to operate within your home or building and to engage in communication with your insurance company, furnishing them with a courtesy copy of the invoice. Your endorsement of this document is required before any work can be performed.
